Surf Board Manufacture

Our surf board production starts with a client questionnaire. The returned information is feeded into a query to our database where detailed surf board information is linked surf student performance from surf classes monitored since 2002. Based on the database result we choose a base template and further adapt it to the individual needs of the client through 3D software.

 

Pre-production previews of the shape and color design are sent to the client for approval. Once approved, design files are sent to our board factory partner who feeds his shaping machine with the information. The board will be delivered with exactly the pre-designed shaping details.

This proceding is only possible due to a long term pre-planning process consequently implemented by EasyDrop over the last couple of years.
